Tina goes above and beyond for her clients in all aspects - a true customer service professional - she really makes you feel pampered and you can tell that she genuinely wants to take care of you. Online booking, last minute gift certificates (your friends will LOVE you for this gift!) She makes it all so easy! She explains her process and takes the time to answer questions and educate (she taught my teenager a simple skin care routine that is actually working!!) She pays attention to details and when she recommends services or products, they actually work. When I complained about dull, rough skin, she suggested dermaplanning and it has made a huge difference (even my husband notices!). I travel for work and have been to many aestheticians (and will even admit to trying DIY dermaplaning since Cosmo told me I could save time and money -SPOILER ALERT: miss this if you don't want to look like you got into a cat fight!)... Tina is THE BEST!!! I love her new location - easy in and out, beautifully decorated spa. High end comfy table with softtt blanket. CLEANNNNN! smells good, music is on point. If you want to look amazing AND feel like you are being spoiled then this is a no brainer. PS. she also waxes everything a lady needs waxxed without the awkwardness - it'd be like if your bestie was doing it."
