"I purchase over $100k of furniture from Kettal. I waited a year for the delivery. The delivery from the Miami show room was chaotic to say the least. However my real beef is that four of the chairs are missing cushions which I was told changed during the manufacturing period. Three of the sheds lounges have head pillows that blow off in the slightest breeze. And I have a daybed that came dirty and the fabric was loose. My designer has spent several months trying to get Kettal to fix the order, supply better attachments, clean and fix bed, but they never respond. I would never shop from them again. They take your money upfront and then it’s goodbye forever. Kettal are bad people."
