"My sales person was Aqarese and i purchased the 83' LG Oled from you. I am not a happy camper at this point. As a knowledgeable sells person, you need to be more attentive to the customer's needs. Not only did you fail to sell me the brackets for the TV. The installers are here, and we were informed that we also needed brackets for the speakers. You said you've been doing this job for e years, but I'm sorry you should switch your profession. I'm sorry if I sound harsh, but we spent over 6.5k on merchandise, and for us to keep purchasing items that you fail to tell us that we needed, it is really despicable. I am not a happy customer right about now!. You need to be retrained. Know when you're selling an item, focus on the customers satisfaction, not your commission!"

"Went to this store on Jan 1st to purchase a washer and the Sales Rep didn’t schedule the delivery and installation even when he asked me what day I wanted it delivered. He called the store delivery person and asked them and then told me if I wanted delivered on Jan 3rd. I left the store after my purchase. On January 2nd I never got the text or call confirming my appointment. Past 7 pm I tried to communicate with someone at the store and nobody helped me. Customer service nationwide cosí to help me because they couldn’t find my purchase in the system so they transferred my call to store and they kept me in the line for more than an hour and then hung up on me. I tried again 5 more times even trying to locate the sales rep and nothing and the installation day came and of course no sight of delivery or a call. Kept trying the store and nothing. I have to drive back to talk to someone; costume service at the store told me the service wasn’t schedule the sales rep never completed. She helped to get it reschedule for Jan 4th. And that is when the delivery kids arrive. I said kid a because they were 20 something and because it was end of day you can tell their annoyance. When they saw the installation was on the second floor immediately told me they were going to reschedule installation because they don’t have the equipment and told me I their papers installation was upstair; then came into my house to check the are and told me they were not going to do it, the youngest of the too with all his teenage residual attitude of I don’t care or respect anyone told me just to get my money back and don’t get the washer we are not physically ready to do this job. This was the third strike so I drove to the store to put a complaint a have my money back and that is what the so called Manager came in; I explained everything that happened since the day of the purchase to the moment of installation and because these kids called him in advance his treatment was not professional. I told him him I wanted my money back and to make a formal complaint. He went back to his office and then sent the delivery kids to the area I was sitting. They sat there just staring at me and talking bad of all the costumers they had that day with the female young clerk. Manager came back and told me here is your credit go to the cashier and process it and goodbye. And that was it totally dismissed me, the delivery guy laugh it off because the manager disregarded completely I was going to do a complaint. This place is the worst. Good I have my security camera videos of the delivery guys so I can send their pics to corporate because of course they wouldn’t provide me their names and the manager either."

"This store better deserves a lump of coal, instead of a star. At all cost avoid salesperson Maureen Jorrin Suarez. Typical salesperson, she will sweet talk you into a deal, and will forget you once the deal is done. She lacks professionalism and honesty with her customers and doesn’t answer any calls. Good luck with calling customer service. They will simply transfer your call to different departments, until they wear you out and you simply end up hanging up. It’s a shame how awful their customer appreciation and service have become. Save your time and frustration and go with Best Buy or any other reputable electronics store."

"I could probably give it less than one start. Bought a tv and in less than 20 minutes i was back returning because it had a wrack on the corner, according to them the video shows tv leaving in good condition, which camera only points from the back of the tv, never the front, didn’t want to take it back or give me a new one, manager stayed i couldn’t see such a video, told me i need it to get police involved, manager just want to make his money without customer satisfaction. I totally will not coming back. This guys are thief. Warehouse employees make fun us and were very rude"

"I bought a new washing machine and it doesn't have a drain. Your employees are completely irresponsible. Didn't check the product for any issues at all, just assembled it and left. I will never buy any of your products again. Please do not trust the products here. All are defective."
