"I have had THE worst customer service from this company since the beginning!!! It started with inquiries of purchasing additional cabinetry to add to the existing cabinets that were in my newly purchased home. I sent numerous emails as well as phone calls trying to arrange for additional to be purchased and installed. I got nothing in return from the sales/project manager in the Miami area. Finally MONTHS after we went in another direction, purchased AND INSTALLED custom cabinetry from another source I get acknowledgment of my request to purchase additional cabinetry!! Now I have a problem with the poor quality and appearance of one of my drawer fronts and keep getting the run around about trying to get a service person out to address the problem!! BUYER BEWARE when dealing with the Miami office of this company!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!"
