"Would definitely recommend the Goodyear on Bird. I drove in without an appoint Sunday afternoon due to tire leak. My tires were from 2018 and seriously lacking tread - no part of a the coin was hidden - so I wasn’t surprised when the team came to this conclusion. (I knew it was coming, I’ve just been putting it off until I no longer could.) The man at the front desk worked with me on a price. When the crew member installing the tires raised concerns about my back breaks, his colleague double checked and assured me they were fine. He also alerted me that I would soon need an oil change, just to be aware. I was grateful for the straightforward and efficient service. And I was especially happy that there was no fear mongering on the team’s end to press for unnecessary expenses or for purchases that were not time-sensitive. I’m very glad I stopped here and hope to be back for more routine, scheduled service. Thank you!"
