"I had an awful experience, at first everything seemed good, great price, then when we brought the car they decided to do the car through insurance, this way they benefit the most still charged me a good amount and got the most from the insurance without mine authority. Then when I came to pick up the car I got hit with more random bills. The car was supposed to be done on Monday only to receive it the next week, save your money and time go somewhere else save yourself the stress then dealing with these people."

"By far the WORST AUTO SHOP IN MIAMI. DO NOT TRUST THEM. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM! To lure you in Jose promises all kind of things and assures you he will take care of everything and everyone envolver in the process. We took our car in because someone did a hit and run on our car. They reversed into our passenger back door and dented it very badly and broke the window on New Year’s Eve while the car was parked outside a friends house. He was recommended by a towing company and seemed legit and responsible. We were told it was an easy fix and would take 2 weeks to repair . Two weeks passed and now he began saying it was a complicated car to fix and would take longer. The car has been there 25 days now. Our insurance does not cover rental so we’ve had to pay extra days for a rental after disagreeing the the repair cost $7,996 !! Dollars plus the deductible that must be paid to him in cash only, he now claims he changed our front bumper Which was not in need of changing and also was NOT AUTHORIZED. We call today to pick up the car and he says he closed at 1 and that he never tells his clients his hours of operation. I’ve been texting him all day and he did not replay or even care to mention his hours of operation. Now the car will Be there an extra 2 day that makes 28 days to change a infinity Q50 door a little over $8,000!!! Plus two more days of a rental car fee on us."
