Reason: There is almost no possibility to talk to them on the phone which happens when under stuffed or have too much work which does not work for me because having a business myself, communication is the heart of a healthy business!"

"I bought a Benz SL and found paperwork from the previous owner from Karl's German Auto. I had a problem with the convertible roof and spoke with Mike. He had an appointment for the next morning. I took it in and he explained the problem. Upon picking up my car, he showed me the part that was bad and gave me a very fair price. I can see why the previous Mercedes owner used him consistently. He was very friendly, efficient, professional and extremely competent with Mercedes cars. I would highly recommend contacting Mike for your Mercedes repairs but he also does repairs on other luxury cars. If you are in the south Miami area, I would call him."
