"We had taken our Hyundai in to the dealer for a few recalls it had. We had been experiencing issues with the car starting so my husband mentioned that to the dealership. They forced us to purchase a new battery "in order to be able to diagnose what was going on with the car". They charged us and changed the battery and it turns out that wasn't the issue. They then told us that the car would need a new starter and possibly an alternator. At that point, we had the car towed to Sibex Automotive. Emad worked on the car. Took his time to actually see what was going on. Turns out it was NOT the starter, or the alternator! It was an issue with the sensors and the way the car was reading the signals. Our car is up and running perfectly again, the price was more than fair and even though the services were thorough we had our car back in just about 2 days. Very Grateful and Happy customers.
