"I brought my car here almost 3 weeks ago for an oil & break change, the fine individual that worked on my vehicle left an extra cap on the oil filter which let to a leak that drained and almost blew my engine. After picking up my car in the afternoon it sat on my driveway until 2am when I proceeded to head down to the florida keys for work, after leaving homestead only 3 miles down on the turnpike my car started smoking out of the hood. At this time my only option was calling a roadside assistance tow truck to bring my vehicle home which cost me $250, at 8am that morning I had to pay ANOTHER $250 to bring my vehicle to this tire kingdom location to get fixed from the damages they cost. At this time I am still awaiting repayment of the $500 I spent on towing in addition to lost of work and time and other damages as a result of your negligence. I am expecting corporate to immediately sort out this situation as the store refuses to do anything otherwise we will seek legal action."

I have come back to get my tires changed and it feels like my brothers are changing them because of how at home the store can make you feel.
