"My sister took her truck by AAA to import auto. Mike did not look at Truck for 4 Days and told my Sister Denise they could not replace the freezer plug on the Truck. AAA return the Truck to my sister's house and the Truck was FULL of MUD on the Body. Looks like they took the truck to 3 lakes mudding. Very unprofessional and I would never suggest anyone ever using Mike as mechanic The tow truck driver from AAA said he could not believe how the truck got returned to her that way. AAA take photos at pick up when they service your vehicles."
