"This place is horrible. I took my car in for an estimate, ralf never called me back and wouldnt give me my car back because it was to close to closing time and he didnt feel like it. When told him he shouldve informed me he was planning on keeping my car he yelled at me in and hung up the phone. When i picked up my car the next day it was in much worse condition which leads me to believe he intentionally messed with it out of spite."
