"I brought in my car to jesse’s shop to get a quote and I was immediately denied service by an older gentleman working in the office, he said due to the location of the damages and due to the type of damage on the bumper I would have to replace my bumper completely which would run me about $900 painted and brand new and that was a complete lie I never needed a new bumper, it seemed as if he wanted me to get a new bumper so he could probably keep mine and pocket the profit money on my bumper by using it on another job I’m sure which I wouldn’t doubt they do this to make money and profit off of hard honest working people. DONT fall for the scam. After the big let down and sheer frustration of possibly nowhere else to go I found a shop called NP in Florida city the owner was amazing he quickly laughed about my encounter at jesse’s shop and said people these days don’t want to work they are just lazy and want to take parts and rip people off which made so much sense, he quickly told me this is definitely fixable and I can have it repaired and back to you same day, here are my results from the repair at NP body shop they only charged me $500 to repair and paint and the results are astonishing!!! DONT BOTHER WITH THIS BODY SHOP THEY ARENT WORTH THE HEADACHE OR WASTE OF TIME. Go with a respectable choice and mainly one that respects your pockets and hard earned money not this place!"

"Ralph Child is a great guy: kind, generous, and humorous. We were on Vacation in Key West with a rental car. The car got a dent (Picture 1) and I googled the body shop nearby and found that Jesse's Paint and Body Shop has very good rating. I called and Ralph answered and told me to stop by anytime before they close for Christmas holidays. I drove to the shop and Ralph was on the phone and ask me to wait until he finish the call. I saw two giant green fruits (Picture 2) while I am waiting. So, the first question I asked when he finished the call are those two giant green fruit. He explained that they are avocado. I told him I never saw such a big sized avocado. He replied "I will give you one when we finish". We were walking towards car and talking about avocado not the car! When saw the dent, he simply replied "No big deal, wait for me in the office". He didn't even talk about cost of fix, etc. He then drove the car into the shop. In less than 10 minutes and took one of the two avocado and asked me to walk with him and take a look. Not surprisingly, the dent is fixed perfectly. I asked how much do I need to pay, Ralph replied "Nothing. Merry Christmas". Not only did Ralph fix the car for FREE, but also gave this GIANT avocado and explained it. I took the avocado back home in Pennsylvania - it reminds me the kindness Ralph showed to me. Ralph's generosity and kindness is above and beyond what I have experienced before. It enlightened our vacation - think about you got car issues during a vacation. I highly recommend Ralph and Jesse's Paint Body Shop. You will be treated with kindness and professional service."

"My vehicle was side-swiped on the right side while trying to turn left. The car came out of nowhere and hit me while I was waiting to turn. The guy's insurance company initially acted promptly, as if the repairs to my vehicle would be promptly handled. After their insured disclosed the fact that he moonlighted as an Uber driver they refused to pay. Needless to say, I took my Audi to Jesse's and not only was he patient with the ordeal between the two companies, he and his crew restored my vehicle to looking brand new. The shop gets 5's in my book for its crew and affordability. The work is absolutely incredible. Special Thanks to Ralph and the guys for getting my whip back in time to floss again!!!"

"Get your vehicle painted here! Brought our ‘07 Jeep Wrangler to Jesse’s due to severe paint and clear coat fading. Was given a very fair estimate by JB, so dropped the Jeep off the following day. Got a call later that day from Ralph to ask if we wanted the fender flares, bumpers, etc rhino lined. He said they’ve done it in the past and the result is great, so we said yes. Two weeks later the Jeep is done and looks better than new. Also, final cost was exactly as quoted. Very professional."
