"I waited after my 4th or 5th repair to leave a review so I'd have a good amount of experience with the business. I almost want to gatekeep this review, but they deserve the recognition and praise. Tino and Gabriel are reliable, trustworthy, and straightforward. I had been to multiple shops before finding Tino's Auto Repair and I was feeling frustrated, disrespected, and scammed coming from those other experiences. I'm the kind of customer that sticks with one mechanic for LIFE once I find one I like. My previous mechanic tragically passed unexpectedly and I found myself on the hunt for help right before a road trip. After FOUR other shops (including Tire Kingdom), Tino was the only one to tell (and show) me that my tires needed to be changed. So far, I've only seen Tino & Gabriel working at the shop, and yet, they work so quickly. My last oil change was done in about 15 - 20 minutes, rotors resurfaced and brake pads changed in maybe an hour and a half? For a tiny shop, that's awesome. The prices are competitive and Tino works with you to figure out issues. Today, I had to leave my car at the shop for the entire day to address multiple issues and I was struggling to communicate with my "less than perfect" spanish to get my Uber driver to where I was. Gabriel stopped what he was doing to help me translate. If you're frustrated and on a budget, try Tino's auto repair out, and if you see a big red rooster walking around the shop, just say hi, that's Bruce."

"He is a great mechanic and did a good job on putting my radiator in but what I did not like is I was told my total and it was on my receipt but when I looked at my statement it had an extra $15 charged when I called to find out why my receipt and bank statement does not say the same amout he tell me the square payment processor charges that than I should of been told that he said he don't have to tell me that when a company suppose to let a customer know if they are being charged extra because I would of paid cash don't put my total on the receipt if that wasn't the real total"

"I went Monday Because I got a nail in my tire. Tino was very helpful and patched my tire. He was very honest and told me my tires were done. I was able to change all my 4 tires at a very affordable price. I definitely recommend him. He is a very honest man and won’t try to up sell you"

"After dealing with so many people trying to overcharge it's a breath of fresh air to find someone honest, that's just trying to help. I went in for a suspected nail in tire, with low air. They checked all my tires air pressure and removed the nail (which luckily hadn't gone in far enough to cause damage). They put air on all my tires and sent me on my way. Didn't even charge! I have been at other shops where they have charged me for just removing the nail, let alone put air on all tires. I had a conversation with Tino and can tell that he's just humble and honest. I'll definitely be bringing my family vehicles here for everything else. Thank you!"

"I found him by searching for the best mechanics in the Homestead area. He has been my go to mechanic since the first time I took it with him. He does quality, detailed and fast work for much less than the dealers. He is reliable and always answers your phone calls. And he is HONEST. Something that really few mechanics are. The dealer told me I needed to change my brakes already and when I got it inspected by him he said they had about 1 more year of life instead of milking money from me. Quality, reliability, honesty and trustworthy. This is why I take all my cars with him now."
