"Just serviced my GMC truck at Vera, thank goodness for extended warranties. My vehicle had two major problems with the engine and Eric, my service rep, keep me posted throughout the 3 week process. It wasn’t Vera‘s fault that the service took three weeks. It was the extended warranty company that took forever. From having a representative from them come out to assess my truck and then trying to come to an agreement with the final price on the repairs is what took the longest. But the minute everything was hashed out. My truck was fixed in the matter of two days. Thanks again Erick for keeping me posted on a day by day process. "I’ve been going to Vera Cadillac for a few years now. My most recent visit was once again a wonderful experience. We dropped off the vehicle over to David who kept us informed via text messages. He gave me a call once there was a diagnosis on the car from the mechanic. Then he later sent a text once the vehicle was ready for pick up on that same day. The paper work and payment were all very efficient, and then valet did an amazing job as well. It was great service overall!"
