"Would give them a zero for their customer support. We got a transition mount for VW Golf, TS part does not have the alignment pins and the other brands or the OEM. After install it cause the transition misalignment and creates the grinding noice inside the transmission. TS completely disregard the feedback, and said "Sounds like the customer did not like the vibration the mount caused". We will make sure not to use Torque Solutions in the future !!!"
"Bought some billet parts paint was faded out of the box contacted them as the MFG and they say that part is not made anymore? Told me to contact who I bought it from. Which told me to contact them. So screw me huh? Not sure how that is my problem you offer a warranty. Scammy business. Don’t believe the warranty they offer because it covers nothing. Not sure what kind of staff they have but Dan is a real winner. Luckily I’m local so I’ll have to drop in to the office and speak with Dan."
