"Took my car in for frontal damage was quoted for 5k and told it would be ready for pickup in a week. When pickup came I had to be the one to reach out asking if my car was ready, I was told that the parts didn’t ship out yet and that it would be ready by next Friday. Another week rolls around I call again they tell me Tuesday this time. Tuesday comes and I get a call saying that the car would for sure be done by Wednesday. It was at this point that I decided to go to the shop and look at what was taking so long, they hadn’t even started on my car. All the delays I was being told about were fake. I finally got my car back THREE WEEKS after the initial time I was quoted. I can’t imagine how long it would’ve taken if I didn’t keep badgering them. When I went to pick up my car the owner had raised the price 40% what I was initially told!! The owner is a crook and I would never recommend going to this establishment. They should be a shamed of themselves for conning people. I am shocked at the amount of positive reviews."

"This was a parking lot/fender bender repair. I got estimates from 3 body shops in Coral Springs. Albert & Jason from Coral Springs Auto Collision gave me a same-day estimate and they were able do the work quickly at a great price. There were a couple parts that I was hoping could be repaired vs replaced. I was very happy that Albert and Jason were able to repair these parts to new condition vs. replacement, which would have resulted in a much higher bill.
