"I attempted to get my a/c fixed with the Ford dealership on US1 & 154. They lost my work order ticket and my car sat in their parking lot for 2wks!! Called & left messages and no one ever returned my calls. They have absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had to show up to see what was going on. Adding insult to injury, after I showed up and spoke to the manager (who was apologetic & kind), I got a same day estimate of roughly $4,000. (Which included 10 hours “under the car”). Yeah, needless to say, I left!! Ended up in Miami Car Care where the service, interaction & attention to my needs was spectacular. In 2 days, I got a new a/c motor with warranty and fixed a minor window issue I had for $1,100. It took roughly 2 hours!
