"Worst customer service ever. Waited in line for over five minutes at the customer service line and two cashier's never said a word until a second customer showed up in line at the customer service desk. Then,and only then did either of the two regular cashier's say the desk didn't open until 9. There were zero signs saying that. There wasn't a placcard at the register saying this opens at 9. What a absolute way to ruin a life long customer from North Carolina and other states. Tearing up my loyalty card now"
"Over the weekend, we took a trip to St. Augustine for a quick getaway. Unfortunately, I had forgotten to bring my camera charging cable along with me. The following morning, I made a quick visit to Winn-Dixie store to purchase a new charging cable. Lisa, who works at Winn-Dixie, kindly assisted me in finding the perfect charging cable for my camera. Thanks to her help, I was able to quickly get what I needed and continue with my trip."

"Everything was closed off a FULL 20 minutes before closing. All dairy, drinks, cheese, lunch meat, and so on were shuttered and inaccessible. Self checkout is the only thing available most of the time and it is AWFUL. This is why Publix is building on every corner while Winn Dixie is going out of business. Very sad and frustrating."
