"Had a bad day, Didn't have tools to access spare . Had vehicle towed in and received assistance within 20 minutes. Service technician lowered tire down and installed. After he was done I went in to office and asked them how much. they told me no charge just tip the technician . Wow that made my day . I would highly recommend this company. Very polite staff."

"Nice people but slow service. I've come here twice - once for an oil change that took over 2 hours, and today with an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. It's a fleet truck so I showed up a full hour early for my appointment to give them time to clear the services with the fleet company and I don't think the work got started on my truck until half an hour after my appointment. Then I had to wait another 15 minutes for them to bring me the key and hunt down the paperwork to turn in to the company."
