"I went on a MOPED SCOOTER to put gas on it and the machine charged my card for $40 dollars!!! A MOPED SCOOTER that can't even store 1 gallon."

"One of the vacuum machine is broken, I went inside nicely (thinking they were not aware). I talked to the blond older lady that was working the morning shift and she told me that there was nothing she could do, that she was not the owner. The owner was right there next to her and completely ignored me when I talked to him. She told me to call the number of the machine (I won't waste my time). I don't care about the $2.00 they charged me, it is the principle that they should have a sign stating that it is out of service or something to warn people it is not working before they pay. Both of them were rude! I will never stop by there again. I am a local for almost 20 years, this is not the costumer service the island is known for."

"There was something wrong with the pump. It charged my 0.05 cents. I went to talk with the guy who is inside. He said is nothing wrong. He will charge 0.05. Im not complain about the 0.0.5. It is about how is the treatment to the client. There is not good treatment."

"If you buy a Carwash outside the store and the you Carwash code doesn’t work in the machine, they can’t refund your money, because you buy it outside at the pump!!!!! "I was visiting from ft laud and stop at this gas station in marco island to get some gas and food. I was able to get gas at a great price. The gas station was clean and the customer service was superb. Also i was able to get cooked food inside. There was fried chicken which was delicious and juicy. Great spot to stop for a bite."
