"My first experience was not good one. The lady that day at the counter was very unapproachable and rude. Instead of talking to me she would just wave her hand as to answer my questions. I unfortunately did not get her name so the only way to identify her is her European accent. Weeks later I needed to go there again because of a return but honestly was thinking of just forgetting the whole thing. I really did not want to deal with her again, I am so glad I did. The lady that day "Amy Benzenhafer" could not have been more helpful and pleasant. She is the main reason for the five stars. Because of this experience with her I will definitely be back."
