"Called,spoke with manager. When I first got there, asked outright price of oil change, he said 59.99. I said I had 29.99 coupon. He asked me to move my pickup to side parking lot,. Am handicapped which I feel was tad rude. I moved vehicle, went into office, showed my coupon. Started to count out cash. 29.99 plus tax is Bait & Switch tactics..turned out to be almost $20 more but manager worked it out with me. He and I counted out cash. They didn't do all on list- I had asked them not to do tire rotation as I didn't have key with me. They did not wash exterior windows..When done, they pulled out money from.under counter ( where another employee was meanwhile) but $ was missing. Ast mgr chipped in $...I added another $1 but in all honesty, $29.99 is coupon cost but ended up to be $43.99."

"The staff was poorly dressed. They shouted to me like they should have been shouting to another team member. They had difficulty locating a correct wrench to remove the filter from the car. The garage was messy and not very well arranged. I generally do not use Jiffy lube, but I am new to the area and thought I would give it a try. I have to say ma not impressed."

"I told the first male mechanic I wanted conventional oil 5w30. He agreed. Next a woman recommended synthetic oil which is much more expensive, because the computer listed it. I had to explain to her that my car has 100088 miles on it and it has always been lubricated with conventional oil.Why did I have to explain? Because you are always training your employees to sell your products."

"Pulled into this location on Saturday morning and was greeted by a lovely smile by Rene. Rene explained everything to me as she recommended some needed services. My oil change went great as I was extremely satisfied with the work I had done to my vehicle. The staff at this location is great! They took excellent care of me. After my car was ready, Jose came out to explain everything to me (needed service/repair) I felt I was treated 100% fair with everything recommended to me. I cannot say enough good things about Rene and Jose. These two (2) employees need to be kept around at all costs! The communication between the staff at this location was like no other store I have been to. I have to say, this is the best experience I have had at ANY oil change location! I needed to also add that the restroom/waiting room was perfectly clean and tidy. Thank You Jiffy Lube (especially Rene and Jose) for making my day amazing and trouble free! 5 stars all the way!!!"
