Several months later....the hood light indicator is on again and took to a reputable mechanic and find out they never did any of the work charged to the insurance company."

Bit arrogant, a little condescending because I question 10.2 hours to paint a bumper. After they removed the front end they discovered a bunch more damage, so I got Allstate involved. My vehicle looks brand new again. So far workmanship appears to be quality. They even did the little things like a full detail. Dominika ended up working with me and let me tell you, hands down, she salvaged that encounter. She was extremely courteous, very communicative, and super knowledgeable.
