"Great establishment, must say. They were fast to get an appointment set up and I was in and out in half an hour for a biopsy. Amazing. Other places will do the, "must come in for initial exam then come back for a follow up for the procedure" nonsense. All that does is cost you more money in gas and co-pay and they get money for 2 service fees. Tricky tricky. But here they get the procedure done in the first visit. Cudos. The back patient room and the waiting room were all clean. I seen absolutely nothing that stuck out here which is good because I'm very attentive to medical uncleanliness. For their phone number, it is to the actual office building and not to a call center. A lot of the time call centers can't answer certain medical questions like what can and can't be done there and if it can be done at the first visit. It's refreshing that the number is to the office and not a call center so if you have any questions you can ask them directly and not get a potentially wrong answer."

"Dr. Trapp and his staff are friendly and professional. Had to have 2 separate procedures done. Dr. Trapp explained each step during the surgery and went over the after surgery care instructions. Very pleased with the outcome and highly recommend Dr. Trapp."

"My father was followed by the dermatologists and staff here. I took him a number of times myself. It was always the case that the waiting room was packed so badly that there weren’t enough seats and many people were elderly, or with limited mobility. We arrived before appointments and waited for well over an hour to be seen. Staff was condescending. An APRN told him he had ‘barnacles’ when he asked for the diagnostic term for a skin condition he was being treated for. The worst was that they completely ignored melanoma on his face for about 2 years during which time they saw him for Mohs follow-ups about every 6 months, despite our repeated requests that they assess and biopsy the area. It very much seemed like they were only focused on cancer that they could do Mohs surgery for and since they didn’t do Mohs for melanoma, they didn’t even assess him adequately."

Trapp is the best surgeon I have ever been to, and I have had a lot of things happen over the years."
