"Edit: To your response, Marc. When I initially spoke to you about this, I specifically asked about video inside and outside. My car was sitting in your parking lot full of junk cars where plenty of traffic was passing through. You told me you had no video. The way you conduct business is just unfortunate. Especially when you’ve damaged a clients vehicle and deny all responsibility…will be sure to continue to spread the word about my experience here. Should’ve have known better as soon as I saw how to maintain your lot. What could’ve been a 5 star review is now a 1 star review. I brought my 2020 sq5 in to have an APR intercooler installed. Marc gave me a number over the phone and said that would be the absolute most it would cost. I ended up paying almost $200 more. Fine. The thing that is unacceptable is when I drove off that night, I didn’t realize the damage to my front bumper until I got home. The damages were small but enough to be unable to touch up with paint. It will cost me another $600-700 to replace the damaged piece and have it repainted. Marc agreed that the damage wasn’t there when my car was dropped off but took no responsibility for the damages. It was obvious he knew that it happened at his shop but he still wouldn’t admit it."

"I highly recommend VAP. Had an AC issue with my Audi 2 thousand miles outside of warranty. Ft Myers Audi wanted an outrageous amount of money JUST to diagnose the problem. Took it to Marc at VAP; he was honest, extremely knowledgeable, very fairly priced and did exactly what he promised to do, no hassles. I will be back with my Audi AND my BMW. Great experience."

"Just recently, the mechanic that I’ve used for years no longer was providing good service. I discovered VAP Motorsports and brought my car over unannounced, Marc was quick to listen to my concerns. Marc was very professional, kind and spent time with me discussing how they could be of assistance to me. I was very impressed with Marc and their willingness to immediately help me. I dropped off my car the day after and Marc and his team of mechanics did a phenomenal job fixing my VW EOS!!! They provided a full tuneup, and did an excellent review of other items that could only make my vehicle better. Marc explained it perfectly understandable to me, and I continued with their recommendation of what else needed repair. My previous mechanic was never this good. I am mechanically inclined and understand the basics about automotive repairs, so I knew Marc was simply being honest and very helpful. If anybody is reading this, you must take your vehicle to VAP Motorsports/Marc, and allow him & his team to give you the great service that they provided me. I will continue to take both of my vehicles to VAP Motorsports from now on!! Thank you, Marc!"

"I highly recommend VAP Motorsports for vehicle repairs! Marc (owner) is very knowledgeble when it comes to German Imports! He is very trustworthy and will tell you upfront if it's worth fixing and will try to diagnose your problem step by step without charging you outragous diagnostic fees!"

"Sorry for my username. My daughter... Anyway i have a '12 B8 A4, Marc has done a bunch of work for me at a very reasonable rate compared to audi dealership. He installed my wheels, coilovers, front grill, rear spoiler, coil packs at a very good price. I like his shop so much im driving from Bonita just for an oil change. So whoever posted a negative review about him, you have no idea what you're talking about. Take your car to the "stealership" instead. Edit: Marc did some work to my new S6. Again.
