However, since I was short on time (and had a coupon), I figured I’d give this one a try. From arrival, I was very impressed with how friendly and efficient the employee were. They checked all the bulbs, fluids, wipers, filters… without trying to scam me or up-sell anything. They gave me honest information and good advice. They provided a quick price for the oil change, honored my coupon, and did a great job in under 20-or-so minutes. I was very impressed with Sarah and all the workers there. "I needed a quick affordable oil change, I called in and the customer representative was very attentive and sweet. She answered all my questions and was very professional. I got a quote and was told I may have to wait 30 mins. There is no waiting center, you wait in your car. 30 mins was fine compared to 3 hour wait at Walmart. I pulled in and waited less then 3 mins!!
