"I just want to praise Mary in the commercial services/loading area of the store. This woman is a joy to deal with, and goes above and beyond for me all of the time. She is the jewel of this location, and deserves a boatload of praise!"
"Walking at six in the morning to buy a charger for my phone. I realized I bought the wrong thing and returned it unopened. However the returns lady still refused my return because she said you have to have a receipt...even just to exchange for another product. What else can I do? I left the cable, which I just overpaid for. Maybe they can resell it and screw someone else over. Don't lose your lowe's receipt or you have no hope!"
"I would give this store a 5 star rating, but in my opinion it has one major downfall. The store is well organized, clean and better products to offer. The staff is extremely helpful and they do keep trailer parking open to those with trailers, unlike other stores where single vehicles take up spaces without trailers. Their only downfall is no cashiers. They push for self checkout only. Open regular cashiers and I’d give you a 5+ rating."
