"Let me start with the fact that I'm a business professional with a bachelors and numerous certifications. I've received spa services for over 20 years of my life. This is by far the least professional of them all. They don't follow state mandated health protocols, improper use of spa tools, their cleaning methods I have no doubt will lead to bodily infections if they haven't already and been covered up."

"I was gifted a massage at Hand and Stone. The massage was obviously paid for in advanced and the appointment was confirmed. I arrived 15-20 min early and completed the registration process. I was asked if I needed to use the facilities before we began. I went and came out to be met by an employee, Jessica, and was then advised my appointment would need to be cancelled due to the masseuse calling out. I then advised the employee that my appointment was confirmed and that I had traveled over an hour for that massage. No resolution was offered other than I could reschedule and come back another day. Who? What's to stop the same thing from happening again. There was a blatant disregard for me, my time, my gas or my expectations. Professionalism was definitely lacking"

"Taylor is an amazing masseuse. She was able to work a lot of knots out of my neck and upper back that other massage therapists have not been able to. If I lived in the area, I would return for her services! The spa has a great introductory price and membership program, but I did not elect it since I don’t travel here often enough. The only downside I experienced was the introductory massage is advertised as one hour, but when you pay at the front desk you see the time is 50 minutes. They also lump your time to talk to the masseuse and get on and off the table into the massage, so you aren’t being worked on for the full time. Still over all a very good experience."
