"My car had two warning lights come on on a Friday evening. I needed to drive out of town on Sunday morning, so I needed the problems checked out right away. On Saturday morning, I called Gordon as they were close by, open on Saturdays and had good customer reviews. They deserve all of their 5 star accolades. They told me to bring my car in right away for a diagnosis. After dropping it off, they offered me a ride, but it was a short walk, so I declined. In about an hour, they had finished replacing a broken belt, and I was on my way back to retrieve my vehicle and pay the very reasonable service charge. Their communication was excellent throughout the process, and I highly recommend Gordon for your car service needs."

"The gentleman complaining about not getting his car serviced at Gordon Auto Service was incorrect in stating that he did not get any service done. He was actually quoted a price and did not want service for that amount. He then left. Sorry that he was disappointed. We will try harder to meet your expectations next time.. "Absolutely terrible place would not recommend, I took my car there because it was having problems making screeching noises. First of all the main guy wouldn’t even talk to me properly, just kept saying yes yes yes and interrupting me not even trying to listen why I brought the car then after he and his employee both checked the car, they said it was just old, now it’s going to cost me over 1000 dollars to fix because they didn’t actually look at the car, the breaks have been wearing down so thin it has had time to damage my car even further, just another inexperienced mechanic shop that fully depends on their fancy machine to tell them what’s wrong."

"I had my brakes and tires done here. They are so kind. There’s a new worker Adrian he is a certified mechanic and the owner is very kind and generous. Great deals when it comes to the services. They really care about the customers and want to help us. I will come back anytime I need work done to my van."

"I want to share my experience about this shop. I became stranded after my car began to overheat. I looked over there and asked for help. I didn't catch the name of this kind man, but he took my car and less than 20 minutes he came back and told me what the issue was and fixed it. I offered him money and he refused. Let me say this, I thank Jesus for him. At this point he could have told me a number of things ad charged me a crazy number and I would have been another victim of the auto scam that some people do. I have told many others already about his shop and his kindness. I truly appreciate their help and will return. I truly trust them with my vehicle. I give all praise to God for those who truly are fair and kind to others in need."
