"This company provides the worst customer service and I would not recommend this to anyone! After my car broke down I was told a tow truck would be sent to pick up the car and return it to the airport. I have since been harassed every day stating the car was not returned and am now being falsely accused of stealing a car. Whenever I try to call to resolve the issue I can not connect to anyone who can resolve the issue. Only rent from this horrendous company if you want to be threatened with grand theft auto for following their protocols. If I could give zero stars I would. My issue still remains unresolved days after trying to get in contact with Hertz."

"We made a mistake and reserved a car here, but thought we were setting it up for RSW. Uber to this Hertz and Shelby was a real gem after a hard change in plans. She made sure everything was PERFECT and made us feel welcome and comfortable. The error was ours, but she tried to make it better. Shelby was polite, quick, attentive and capable. If she lived near my home, I would make her a quick job offer!"

"We needed a one day rental when our van had to go in the shop during vacation. We were given a great rate and flexibility on time. We ended up only needing it one day; the whole process was seamlessly easy. This is a new location that just opened this week! Very nice vehicles."
