"As I pull into the service drop-off, I am greeted by a smiling and gracious young lady who explains what I should do next. After barely being seated in the waiting room, Michael warmly introduces himself and further explains the process and listens to my concerns. I had a shorter than expected wait time. Michael explained what exactly was done and then made sure I could see my freshly washed car when I left. All in all, servicing the car here was a very pleasant experience."
"I want to thank Mark the service manager at Auto Nation Toyota in Fort Myers, Mark was really Attentive to my needs with the few issue with my Toyota CHR Per-collision. I have taken it to be service many time all I was told there nothing wrong. I called the warranty department several time with complaints about my car. A few days later I received a call from Mark the service manager. Mark had asked when could I bring in my car in for an evaluation on the issues, Mark and his supervisor had a meeting with me to go over just what was happening. Mark personally was going to get to the bottom of the issue. Mark made me feel very comfortable in this situation. Mark was on top of everything, I received a called on from Mark he advised me of what he found. Mark asked if they could keep my car until the next morning so he could test drive the car again just to make sure there wasn’t any issues. I received a call later that Saturday afternoon my car was ready for pick up, Mark did a great job with the his communication. At the time I went to pick up my car Mark had paper that went over about the Pre-Collision he explained to me on also gave me on how the system works. I have changed my opinion with the service at Auto Nation Toyota. The service I received from the management team was by far the best service experience. I would buy a new car from this Dealership if and when the time come to replace my car. Thank You, Candi B"
"With all honesty, I can't recommend taking your car to this dealership. It's the second time they've messed up. The first time, after an oil change and tire rotation, they did something that caused my 2018 4Runner to make a horrible noise while turning, prompting me to return to the dealership. Since it was at the end of the day, they kept my car overnight and fixed it the next day without disclosing the issue. The second time, on February 17, 2024, after an oil change and tire rotation on my 2022 4Runner, they didn't correctly secure the steel plate cover; screws were only halfway in, causing it to vibrate while driving. This level of service is unacceptable and not what I expect from a Toyota dealership."
"I recently moved to the area and have been to Auto Nation Toyota now three times for routine maintenance. The first visit was fine...waited a little over an hour but that's expected. The second visit, I waited almost 2.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation...way too long IMO but I didn't complain. My third (and likely final) visit, I waited just over two hours (so an improvement) but I was told I also needed my hood latch replaced (which I knew). I was told the part would be in the next day and someone would call me to schedule an appointment for installation. It is now two weeks later, I've called three times and still no one has called me back. I'm currently on hold (14 minutes and counting) with the parts department. And all this on top of charging $195 just to look at my hood latch and then was going to be charged another $195 to install the hood latch. I really prefer taking my Toyota to a Toyota dealership but I'm done with this place. Never again"
