"I highly recommend Lou and his staff. I had purchased a remanufactured Bosch alternator off Amazon. Installed it in my daughters new Beetle which is a very difficult job to do. Still didn’t charge. Took my old one to them to confirm it wasn’t charging, it wasn’t. I had to remove the new one, SMH. Took it to Lou, it did charge but was designed to spin in the opposite direction due to the one way clutch, Lou caught this fact. They tested, diagnosed, and repaired my old one for less than 1/2 of the remanufactured one. I included pictures of the alternator installed, guess where it is.
