"I’ve been a customer of Jenny and her salon since 2016 and she is just wonderful to me and my son! My youngest son gets pedicures with me and they treat him like family. I come every two weeks and get my dip nails done and my gel polish, always looks beautiful and lasts a long time. I have a toenail that is tough and she always makes sure it’s trimmed and keeps me from having pain. One thing I appreciate about Miss Jenny is if anything needs to be corrected or fixed, she happily takes care of me. She stands by her work and if you ever have an issue and you tell her about it, she will make it right. ~Loyal Customer here!"

"Rushed and Sloppy! I took my grandmother as a treat for her birthday and to spend time together. We spent maybe 15 minutes close enough to have a conversation and then were separated the remaining hour. We both got pedicures and manicures. Both of my services were completed before her toes were even finished - he spent maybe 30-45 minutes combined. On top of that, he did such a sloppy job literally pecking at my cuticles with the clipper, uneven nail polish, top coat so heavy it shifted the color polish (see pictures). The pictures were taken within hours after leaving. I'd also like to preface that we were the only customers there and had hours remaining before closing time so the reasoning for the rush job is beyond me. Nails are not a a necessity - it is supposed to be a pleasurable and relaxing experience, this was far from it. I will not be returning, and I'd encourage you to not waste your money or time. The owner mentioned how slow business has been during our service - it's because your quality is below standards and customers are frustrated they paid for sloppy, rushed services, as I can now see from all the other negative reviews..."

"Got them fun on 09 22 2022 for my wedding that is on the 24th as you can tell the lines on my thumbs one is bigger than the other you can see my nail that is underneath on every finger they don’t do your cuticles or put oil on them and it cost me $100 for my nails and my pedicure which is ridiculous and they talk in their language because the guy that did my feet had to scrape the heel of my feet and was talking to the lady that was sitting next to him doing my sisters feet and their language and then they start laughing so I feel like he was talking trash on top of it I would not recommend them we would’ve went to my sisters salon where she normally goes other than the owner had a family emergency and had to close down until today 23 of Sep and then my sister‘s nails they look good but it cost $110 for her pedicure and her finger nails to be done and she had to get them to fix them before she left I didn’t pay attention to mine until I got home and my fiancé was looking at them and pointed out that he could see my fingernail underneath and that’s when I paid attention to them and really looked and even my sister said they’re jacked up I go back this morning hopefully they can fix them but I will not ever be back to them and I don’t recommend them to anyone else"

"I got a pedicure with a full set. The design on my big toe was supposed to be curved lines buttt their squiggly and halfass done. On top of that my full set is lumpy on 2 of my nails. He left gaps between the acrylic and my cuticle so it looks like they're grown out but I just got them done Wednesday. Also where the polka dots are I had asked for flowers and he said "No"."
