"I took my 2011 Challenger to this shop for exhaust repair and after the work was done the heat from the exhaust melted the bumper and paint Causing major damage to my vehicle. I understand mistakes happen when I reached out to them they would not address the issue. After reaching out to midas headquarters I received a call from the port Charlotte location letting me know that they wou. Absolutely ridiculous! Ive had nearly 6000 dollars in work done with them but you can be sure they got there last dollar from me. Can not recommended this company. (Update 11/8/23: I was told that if I buy all repair parts port Charlotte midas will install them at no charge. I did not agree to this because I feel this should not be my expense."
