"The Jiffy Lube Team in the Sarasota location is amazing! I forgot the protocol and the female mechanic (I think Becca was her name and so sorry if I am wrong!) was so sweet when providing instructions on where to pull in and the next steps. The man in the office (I believe Dustin, again I am so sorry if I am wrong!) was very kind and made the experience enjoyable while waiting for my car. The service itself was great - easy, efficient, great price - I couldn't ask for a better experience. I will recommend this location to all of my friends and definitely be back. Thank you!"

"What a great experience at this location! OMG! I was there about 30 -45 mins for a car service & tire rotation. While I was there a man came in with a request to have his brake fluid changed as the dealer told him he needed to have it done. Well, the young lady came back after inspecting his situation and told him there was no need to change out the fluid. Wow! They also vacuumed his car and topped off his fluids for free. Great job at this location!"
