"I would imagine, based on our experience, that these other reviews are fake. Called Sunday, set appointment for Wednesday between 10-1. 2 pm and no call no show. Called them and it was "they sent us the wrong windshield" i.e. your windshield didnt come in. So we set for Today, Thursday for the same time 10-1 and they call an hour before arrival. 12:30 and nothing....again. Called them "oh the tech has your windshield. I will call and have him call you". Nows it's 4:00 and nothing. Another no call no show. Called them, no answer. Now at 4:15 "oh uh sorry. We will be out tomorrow between 10 and 12. We'll that's 3 days of driving a vehicle with a broken windshield to work to meet these people who do not even have decency to call and let you know they won't be there. Now of course the Crack has gotten much worse with the constant driving for no reason."
