I was looking for header gaskets on this visit. These guys took measurements and looked into it for me. Very professional shop."

"Went to this location to get a new battery for my car. The man at the register seemed to have superiority over the other employees and was servicing me. After I explained my situation, he had an attitude for no reason. Due to my situation, he would need to check my battery while it was still on the truck so I wouldn't get charged twice, which is a lot to ask, but he was very aggressive with his response. Even when another employee offered to do it instead he shut them down in the same manner and was argumentative. Our tower was nice enough under these circumstances to do everything himself with equipment they provided (changed our battery out after checking it and everything). Only then did the employee try to be nice and make small talk waiting around to collect the old battery (if you don't want to do your job, just say so). I would like to give a special shout out to Allen who was the employee that offered to do it for us either way and was polite even when he had to decline as we did nit want to get him in trouble or fired. He even went out of his way to check on us during the whole process to make sure things were going well. I thanked him several times, but thank you again!"
