"I had a terrible experience. I was completely taken advantage of. I came in for a standard oil change and was told once my car was in the air that my drain plug was stripped and needed to be replaced. Mind you this is 3 days before Christmas and $600 is what they charged me. I have only ever gotten my oil change at this location, over the course of 6-7 years. I spoke with many other tires choice locations and was informed that my drain plug was stripped because a staff member used an air tool on the bolt at some point and I should not be liable for this. The proper technique is to manually unscrew it and the bolt would not have ever been stripped. They would not accept any responsibility and made me feel forced into paying this fee. I am completely sick over this and feel robbed. I will never come here for a service again and I will tell everyone I know to never go here because they clearly do not know what they are doing and do not take responsibility for their actions. Now I the customer had to pay the price after being loyal to this place for so long. The last detail I will add is I have a 2011 lexus is 250. There is no excuse why this plug should not be in good condition if the previous oil changes where performed properly."

"Stopped at 4 tire stores today including this one (1st one I stopped at today) to get a quote on 4 tires. Spoke to Adam the store manager. He asked if I wanted a quote for 'good, better or best.' None of the other stores asked that question, but just proceeded to punch out a quote as if they were making the decision for me. I ended up getting a quote on the 'good' and the 'better'. Reviewed all the quotes with spouse when I got home (it was for her car), and we decided on the 'better.' Made the appointment at the store and tires were installed later that same day (today). I appreciated the effort to please the customer. In the future we will be customers of this Tire Choice store."

"Shout out to Tommy and crew at Tires Choice for the awesome service I received today!! They were extremely accommodating given the fact that my wheel lock key was missing!! I had to go get another one…and 2 hours after my appointment time, I returned and they quickly put my tires on for me! (Specially ordered tires). I so appreciate your excellent service and friendliness! I will be returning here since it’s so hard to find good service these days!! Next time I’m bringing wings!!"

"I took my Explorer to Tires Choice on Derek Ave to swap my factory 18 inch wheels for upgraded 20 inch ones I got on Marketplace. They also had to put the sensors from the old wheels on the new ones. After calling several places, John from this tire choice was the only one willing to fit me in even though it was already late in the day and at a reasonable price. It was not an easy job as the new rims turned out to be reverse mounted and swapping the sensors was also a pain in the neck. Regardless, Adam and Jonathan really took their time to do a great job for us. My Explorer looks and drives great. Very happy with the result! This will definitely be my shop for all my tire purposes, next time with an appointment lol. Highly recommend them! Thank you John, Adam and Jonathan!!"

"I brought my 4runner to this shop to mount and balance 4 tires that I bought from tire rack. During the alignment process they gouged my aluminum alloy wheels (see pics). When I told the desk manager he said I need to come back tomorrow when the manager was in. I'll keep this thread posted on the resolution but it's not looking good. Manager was patient with me and explained that this is what happens when you spray paint your wheels. Wish I knew beforehand as I would have waited until after the tires were mounted to spray paint them. Thanks Tire Choice for helping me figure this out!"
