"Rude people I had brought in a tire. They said it was good. I took it home and installed it. I realized they put in a plug instead of parching it up the right way. Air was coming out. When I went to go back a week later, the guy laughed in my face and called me a liar. And told me it was my fault? Somehow, more air kept coming out from different locations. If it had that issue before, the guy did not let me know. The guy only kept being rude and pushing that it was I who made it worse when I hadn't even used the tire because the tire never was able to hold air. So not only did they not fix my problem, they made it worse, but instead of apologizing and letting me know they couldn't fix the tire, they laughed and acted like I was at fault would not take my tires here low quality customer serves and don't know whats left from right."

"Been using tatos for ever , today I went for a nail and it turn out it was not leaking they didn’t want charge me but I did pay him for the labor . They always help folks . Don’t get why folks give bad rating for our only local guy . Try going to tire kingdom or Walmart see how many hours you wait. Support local"

"I have to be complete honest this is the only place around you can get a tire patched. I purchased a used tire that was in great condition and the mount balancing and placement service was excellent. I was treated professionally and with up most honesty. The men that work there speak English and Spanish. Thank goodness Poinciana had a service business like Tato’s."

"Be aware of this place, I got charged doble, then the employee said he didn’t know how to reimburse my money to my card and the owner was not going to be there till the next week, when finally I could talk to him the experience was even worst, he act like it was my fault. Since I had no receipt because the didn’t give me one, they kept my money. Don’t trust them. If you have no other option but going to this place ask for you receipt and look how much they charge you, they aren’t honest."
