"I left a 5 star review last time I went, little did I know although everything with my oil change was done correctly, they put the wrong coolant in my car, they used a green one when my car uses a blue one, I ended up having coolant issues and change everything out, although the customer service was amazing, gotta be careful cause I don’t know what could’ve happened to my car"

"I am a first time customer of Take 5 and after my wonderful experience today, I will come back here forever. Off the bat, Rueben was so kind. He approached my car, handing me a fresh water and greeting me with a friendly smile. I was extremely nervous as it was my first time, but he was super sweet. He informed me what services they offered and we communicated about what my car needed. He also helped me pop my hood because I know nothing about my car, lol. After that, he and Louie proceeded to take great care of me. I feel so guilty because my car caused them a lot of problems, but they were able to get everything done because they are truly amazing professionals. Despite it taking a long time because of how difficult some things were, Louie and Rueben handled everything with grace. Louie was extremely helpful through the process because he explained everything going on to me in-depth. He walked me through different options and was very honest about what he was doing. He always made sure to confirm things with me before adding something to my servicing or charging me. I felt really well taken care of after my experience today. They were very honest, kind, hard working mechanics. I even got a $7 coupon for my next oil change. Thank you so much, Louie and Rueben. I know it wasn’t easy, but you never gave up.
