"My husband had trouble starting his 1999 Chev. Tahoe and we had it towed to Alan Jay Chev Buick GMC on Sat. 1/27/2024. They said it would take a couple days because they were swamped. They called early Mon. and I told them what my husband thought the problem was with the car. Mark, the service guy said after they ran a diagnostic on it he'd call me back. Mark called and confirmed that the problem was what my husband had thought and said they'd have it fixed that day. Wow! we were pleasantly surprised by their fast work and professional manner. They offered to send a car for my husband so he could pick the Tahoe up that afternoon. We were so happy with their service.
