He and his wife from the start were quite accommodating—the budget friendly price point - - to their hospitable service, made the entire experience incredibly wonderful. ❥ Truthfully, these people really care about doing the job right, all the while—making people their number one priority! They both went above and beyond thinking of everything. We had six in our party needing to be transported to the International Airport and very early in the morning, as we were flying out of the country (for a much needed healing trip) due to the loss of my daughter passing away. Upon my first introduction, over the phone, Gregory established a rapport with me immediately and locked in our dates which was quite a peace of mind. On the day of our departure, Gregory and his wife had a condolence card for us—it was a thoughtful sentiment that touched my heart wholeheartedly. ❥ I was confident he was genuinely listening to all that we had conversed (prior to the trip)-which meant something to me, especially in a society not always presently aware of other’s circumstances. He arrived early, had all our bags loaded, way before I could even do a second glance. We were on our way to airport; even showed up early! For the arrival trip back, we were arriving back into the States very late, but that didn’t keep him from awaiting our pick up. There was no wait time for us, I just sent him a text and he was able to pull on over to baggage claim where he collected our luggage and we were on our way. His Sprinter Van is immaculate — soft lighting, had a movie available playing for our entertainment. Snack bags on every seat with iced water bottles. The personal touches he and his wife thought of were invaluable and, truly made all the difference coming home jet lagged from our long 19 hour day! Thankful for this company as a while both personally and professionally because he took immense pride doing what he does at his finest— I would recommend his service for ANY occasion you might be researching. Take my advice and give them the opportunity —it was the best service I have received in a very long while! Our entire family couldn’t have been more pleased with JONES LIMOUSINE SERVICE and I look forward to using them again in the near future.
