"O O O O'Riley auto parts! This store was clean and accessible. Friendly old guy at register. No paper funnels here. The guy said the store doesn't let them have them. We got 2 quarts of motor oil. Our jeep loves it! It was not busy at 9:36. They have fire extinguishers here. They offer lots of supplies. You could get everything to change your oil here. They sell little Joe's car air fresheners."
"Bought a new battery. They wouldn't install. Fine. They have a tool cart. 50 3/8" sockets, 1 tiny wiper blade, 0 3/8" socket wrenches. Fine. I used my own open end wrench WHILE THEY STOOD OUTSIDE SMOKING. That is not fine."
"Arnold did a great job. He matched up and didn't take plenum band clamp that I could use as a replacement for the junkie OEM design that GM has. It was interesting that he knew by the way I was talking that I'm a commercial customer and we went right back to the commercial desk to match up the part. This guy is an asset to your store.
