"I've had two different trucks repaired at Meisner, one ten years ago, one this week. They do great body work. And they are efficient. The parking situation, however, is awful. I was worried about more damage in the Meisner lot. Make sure you get the work they promise to do in writing. If they say they will perform a specific service on your car as part of the repair, make sure to ask for it in writing or see that it's part of the estimate. Please don't assume they will remember. They can be forgetful, as anyone in the automotive industry."
