"If you solely deal with manager Mike and Charlene (at the desk), then you're okay, but God help you if you have to deal with anyone else who works there- managers included. On TWO occasions, I was verbally assaulted by some angry, ignorant, and unprofessional workers; one manager and one secretary (who belongs at a fast food chain, not in an auto service center). The thousands of dollars you're giving to them, to pay their salaries, is of no consequence to them. You, your money and your time do NOT matter to these people. My advice is to go somewhere else. You could probably go to a regular body shop and pay HALF the price while being treated much, much better."
