This place explained the whole process told me it may be a while due to part shortages ect. My car thankfully was drivable so I was able to drive my car until parts came in. "Long and short of it...needed car fixed from accident(rear quarter panel area on passenger side). Picked up car, door fell and hung when opened, paint chipping, headliner not meeting rubber seals inside door, found more chipped paint...took back once, door doesn't hang but lots of problems that I don't have time to write. Already spoke to insurance co numerous times. Will be taking it elsewhere to be fixed properly."
