"Ordered an aluminum block Silverado 5.3L engine L33, they gave me a receipt that said 4.8L iron, they said they can not return the deposit, but will get me a replacement of the correct engine on Friday. Friday comes around they say they have the correct motor, I pay for the motor, I ask if I can inspect it prior, they say too late it’s already in my truck. They dropped it in the bed of my truck while I was inside. Told them I will not accept this motor, they said they went through a lot of work to get it so I have keep it. I said I can not keep it because it’s not the right product. They said they won’t take it back because it’s in my truck, I told them they put it there and I will not leave the lot with the wrong item. I put the motor on the floor and left it, I will be disputing this with my credit card company. Bad service, shady practices, DO NOT SHOP!!!"
