Jersey Mike's Subs

"Was visiting from Michigan and was so happy to see there was a Jersey Mikes here!! Let me begin with initially ordering inside the store was a breeze. The first guy(kid) cut the bread and sliced the meats. Then onto the toppings.. All 4 subs I told him we wanted Mike's way. (Pretty simple.. right? WRONG!) Every sub we were asked what we wanted on it. When it came to the club sub, he(2nd kid) went to put the top of the bread on without the bacon and no mayo. When I mentioned he missed the bacon and mayo, he got real irritated and rolled his eyes at me. While the first 3 subs were being prepared you would think they would have started my husband's philly steak sub. NOPE!! We had to wait 25 minutes for that last sub. THEN they tried to give it to the person behind us! The only reason we finally got that one was because I went to the counter and argued with the girl at the register!! Maybe I'm spoiled from JM's we have in Michigan. I would not recommend this particular restaurant to anyone unless they wanted to wait for their food and treated disrespectful. Btw.. I gave 3 stars because all 4 subs were mushy from the juice by the time we got home to eat them. (8 minutes)"

"This location gives the chain a bad name. If you order online you’ll wait 20+ minutes after you arrive because they take care of every person that comes through the door first. If you don’t watch them they get the orders wrong consistently and the attitude of the employees is poor at best. We ate there at least once a week but stopped going due to all the issues."

"Love jersey Mikes, but man is this a bad location. Ordered an Italian through the app. Picked it up and got back to my office. Opened it up and there was oil all in the wrapper and all over the entire sandwich. It was like someone forgot to add the oil and decided to just put it on top of the sub. Absolutely disgusting. So messy I couldn’t even eat it at my office even if I wanted to. Called the store to get a refund and the lady there was rude and not helpful at all. You’re better off going elsewhere than this JM."
