I had a situation with a bent rim and they were able to send the rim out, get it repaired to brand new condition and saved me a lot of money in the process. "I normally do not leave bad reviews.. it takes a lot for me to take the time for this. With that said.. The lady at the front desk was great and very friendly. My issue is with whatever tech worked on my vehicle. I asked for an oil change, two tires to be repaired(bad valve stem and leak), and rotation. They called me 2 hours later, saying it was done. I asked about the leak, and they said oh nothing was found then I asked about the valvestem which was cracked and they said oh he didn't do it we will call you back when it's done. 30 to 45 minutes call and say it's ready. When I received the vehicle back, there were greasy hand prints on the door. The steering wheel was coated in oil. There were oily shop rags on my passenger seat on top of important work documents. My work documents have greasy fingerprints on the oilchange sticker was in the middle of my windshield, and the low tire lights are still on."
