"Found this place while searching for a wheelchair rental on vacation with my family. I was impressed at the amount of variety they carry, in-store. There was something to accomodate every disability. The staff was very nice and accommodating to their customers (Thank you,Jenna!) The service quick, simple and efficient. The prices seemed reasonable (My rental was very affordable, compared to a few other places I've researched) Overall, I was very pleased with this business and will definitely use them again during my next visit."

"They do not participate in Medicare so if you expect a claim to be paid it will not happen. Regardless of their ratings they do no paperwork and Medicare will refuse any payment due you. A word to the wise. Although overall it's a good store to deal with the bottom line is that I'm still out $1300 that I would have received back had I gone to store that accepted Medicare. To me that's a big hit."

"My father is a disabled Veteran that has worked with several Mobility companies over the last 20 years. We found this company and scheduled an appointment to look at their line of mobility vans. We met with John Daoud and I knew this was going to be a different experience for my father. John was extremely knowledgeable, caring, patient, and professional.
